Return Policy

At University of Onesies, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
However, we’re happy to provide store credit for the purchase price minus original shipping costs on eligible returns made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers.

Order Processing Policy

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is finalized.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During final sale periods, all sales are final and orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If additional verification is needed for billing or shipping information, processing may be delayed 1–2 business days until verification is completed.

If the shipping address does not match the billing address on your payment method, additional verification may be required.

Shipping Policy

  • We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail for orders within the United States.

  • Shipping rates vary based on destination.

  • Orders shipping to PO Boxes must be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Once a package is in USPS possession, University of Onesies is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

We accept:

  • PayPal

  • Cash App: $UniversityOfOnesie

❌ We do not accept Venmo or Zelle.

Your payment method will be charged immediately upon placing an order.

If an order is flagged by our payment processor or if billing and shipping addresses differ, identity verification may be required. A customer care team member will contact you if additional information is needed.

Fraud Policy

Any credit card fraud or theft of merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
